Here's what I made for dinner last night, I buy the chicken thighs at Costco, I don't buy everything at Costco because a lot of times I find it cheaper at my regular grocery stores with sales and coupons but my Costco has the best deal on thighs. They are the Foster Farms $ .99 lb and come pre sealed in a pack that can be separated into 3 so I don't have to open it and repackage it in Ziploc Bags.
6 Chicken Thighs $2.47
Rice $ .75 (I buy the 25lb Calrose rice at Costco)
Birds Eye Steam Fresh Corn $ .75
Teriyaki Sauce $ .25 (I used 1/4 of a bottle that I only paid $ .75 for)
This fed the 3 of us and 1 extra child, and my husband has lunch for the next day.
